I had an amazing experience! I came in expecting to pay to have my tires organized and checked, but the team was so kind and professional that they took care of everything without charging me. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were honest, friendly, efficient, and made me feel like they genuinely cared rather than just trying to make a sale. It’s rare to find a business with this level of integrity and professionalism. I truly appreciate their generosity and will definitely be coming back for any future tire or auto service needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service. Thank you so much!

I got a flat tire on the highway and couldn’t find a place that could check it for me. I ended up coming here, and I was truly impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and speed of the service. One thing that made me feel especially comfortable was that they brought someone who spoke my language to help me communicate. They were incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options. That level of care and attention meant a lot to me. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for making everything so easier!

Wayne provided excellent service at the tire shop. I came in with a screw in my tire, and he took care of it quickly and professionally. He was friendly, honest, and made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated the fast, quality service and would definitely recommend this shop because of Wayne!

These guys are lifesavers!
I got a flat tire from a big nail and thought I’d be stuck without a way to get home. I stopped at another shop first, but they were closing and kindly referred me a couple blocks down to Mavis. The team there really went above and beyond to get my tire repaired so I could at least make it home safely. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. This is what true customer-focused service looks like. Highly recommend—especially in an emergency, but for regular service too.

Edit Review: changing to 1 star since after cleaning the tires, there is noticeable significant damage to the rims in areas where there shouldn’t be, including the lugnut cap areas. It looks like they took a screw driver to pry them out when I asked them if they had the Audi cap removal tool and they said they did. Also significant damage to the other parts of the rim which are tucked away from the road. Pretty much all four wheels had some damage. Images attached. ——————————————————————————————————— Scheduled an appointment with them to replace 4 tires with the continentals extreme contact 19 inches. Asked if I could see one of the tires first before deciding and couldn’t showed a completely different continental tire. Then asked if they would honor price matching that was stated online before booking the appointment and they said no for those tires. That’s all fine, asked how long it would take, they said 3 hours and would call me when ready. Dropped it off at 12:00, and when it was 4:50 called them to check the current status since I noticed they close at 6:00. And was told it was still not ready, so I kept waiting and never received their call for my vehicle pick up. When i
